The GIFAfloor LBS system is the ideal solution for commercial and public buildings that incorporate steel frame constructions. GIFAfloor systems are characterized by their excellent fire protection properties, high load-bearing capacity and absolutely uniform floor surface. Additionally, GIFAfloor systems offer comfort features in terms of climate management and noise protection.
GIFAfloor LBS enables the highest level of load-bearing capacity on various support systems – for instance steel supports – as a uniform surface area. The non-combustibility, according to EN 13501-1 of the buildingregulations approved GIFAtec gypsum- fibre material, is a significant advantage. With a second layer GIFAfloor LBS plus enables a load-bearing capacity of up to 20 kN (depending on the panel thickness and grid dimension).
